Technical Manager - Interior design

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the company Standards for the Technical Design Department & supervising the Technical Team in the preparation of Schematic Design, Detailed Design a nd Issue for construction drawings, for Villas, High rise residential and commercial buildings, Amenity buildings Etc. and make sure that the department Functions Smoothly as per HOD Direction. Accountable for the smooth functioning of the team and to ensure all Technical Procedures, documentation and BIM standards are followed on a regular basis.
• Managing and Guiding the Project Leads and BIM Architects / Engineers for the preparation of SD, DD, IFC, based Concept Design & ensure of all the details required for construction in Coordination with the HOD .
