Provide technical leadership and support for aluminum doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade systems, including custom project adaptations.
Act as the main technical contact for internal teams and external stakeholders (fabricators, architects, consultants, contractors).
Review and validate project specifications, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with company systems and local regulations.
Lead, manage, and develop a team of technical engineers and estimators, ensuring high quality project support, accurate take-offs, and timely quotations.
