Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects that directly enhance asset performance.
• Role with autonomy to coordinate suppliers and optimize day-to-day operations.

Our client is a leading European logistics real estate operator, managing a large portfolio of modern warehouses and distribution facilities located in key transport corridors and near major population centers.

• Coordinate and oversee the Capex program within the existing Madrid portfolio.
• Support third-party property managers in the daily management of R&M projects.
• Prepare progress, cost, and quality reports in both Spanish and English.
• Work closely with customers and service suppliers to ensure proactive, high-quality R&M project management, acting as a trusted technical point of contact.
