About the Role
This role is designed to support new customer acquisition, solution development, and market expansion across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate can engage customers commercially while also bringing enough technical depth to help define practical packaging solutions. This is not a pure sales role and not a pure engineering role; it is a commercial-technical bridge role.
This position will help Equity Packaging expand its footprint in LATAM by identifying and developing new opportunities, supporting solution-based selling, translating customer needs into actionable technical and operational requirements, and partnering with internal teams to move opportunities toward execution.
