LRQA Seafood's Technical Managers are primarily responsible for ensuring the technical quality of services delivered by LRQA’s seafood team.
Core duties include:
Ensuring the technical competence and performance of aquaculture and supply chain auditors, including by conducting technical and certification reviews and witness audits.

Working with the Service Delivery Manager to contribute to the sourcing, onboarding, training, and performance review of auditors, and to address technical aspects of auditor performance including any required re-training.

Be subject matter expert for seafood within LRQA, including externally as required.
