- Manage the technical function throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist theming drawings and technical submissions.
- Manage the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and engineering proposals.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and constructability issues.
