Technical Officer – Engineering Rail (RTSO Johor Bahru)

Job Purpose

We are seeking passionate Technical Officers to support rail engineering operations for RTS Operations Pte Ltd across multiple disciplines. You will play a vital role in ensuring trains, systems, and infrastructure remain safe, reliable, and compliant with standards through preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Engineers in planning and executing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance activities across rail systems and subsystems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault investigation, and first-level corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Perform equipment testing, commissioning, and system improvement initiatives.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and maintenance records in line with SOPs and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance operations and effective problem resolution.
