Respond to reported gas incidents and abnormalities, including gas leaks and fluctuations in supply pressure. Conduct site investigations and implement rectification works, coordinating with relevant authorities and external agencies. Investigate and report on discrepancies related to meter readings. Manage meter cut-offs and resolve issues concerning overdue accounts. Assist customers with service requests, including installation, replacement, and troubleshooting of gas appliances as well as conducting safety tests on gas installations. Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring service excellence. Execute additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor. Requirements
