Technical Officer (Site Supervision)
Responsibilities:
SupervisingArchitectural and M&E worksat project sites.
Overseeing non‑structural works inPPVC and/or PBU fit‑out yards.
Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, specifications, and site requirements.
Reporting to theLead Consultant, Project Management Consultant, Landscape Architecture Sub‑Consultant, and respective Qualified Persons (Arch/C&S/M&E).
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a relevant BCA qualification (e.g., Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology), or an equivalent ITE certification.
Minimum3 years’ experiencein supervision of building projects.
Must have attendedMOM‑accredited safety coursesand maintain annual safety‑related training to ensure competency.
For deployment to landscape works, candidates must hold aWSQ Certificate in Landscape Operationsor an HDB‑approved equivalent.
