Are you a cloud operations leader who thrives under pressure and knows how to keep systems running 24x7? We’re looking for a Technical Operations Manager (Cloud) to lead our night operations and ensure maximum uptime, rapid incident response, and seamless handovers.
🔎 Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership role combining real-time technical incident management with team leadership. You’ll oversee critical infrastructure, guide a team of engineers, and act as the go-to person during high-severity outages.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Lead a rotating team to ensure continuous 24x7 cloud operations
- Own Severity-1 & Severity-2 incident resolution
- Monitor system health using tools like Datadog & New Relic
