Ensure alignment of the technical program with the business context, working alongside Engineering Managers (EMs) and Product Managers (PMs) to simplify and abstract complex dependencies and technical landscapes
Operate at a system-level, tailoring the approach to the unique context and needs of each program, and taking ownership of the key decisions made and driving them to completion
