Role Summary

The PDE Technical Program Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end execution of advanced semiconductor packaging programs , spanning package technology development, NPI, and high‑volume manufacturing enablement . This role partners closely with Packaging Engineering (PDE), Product Development, Assembly Integration, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing sites to deliver programs on schedule, cost, yield, and quality targets .
