Key Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Technical Delivery
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in line with PMO standards.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable project deliverables, ensuring alignment with architecture and security frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects such as network refresh, AV systems upgrade, cloud migration, backup expansion, and security solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ISE, ExtraHop, Gigamon).
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with the Company's IT policies and standards.
B. Technical Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all projects comply with the Company's cybersecurity, ITSM (ISO 20000), and COBIT governance frameworks.
