Technical Project Manager - Digital Transformation

We're 2DC (2 Dam Creative), an Australian boutique digital agency. We work on complex, high-stakes digital projects for serious clients - and we need a Technical Project Manager who can keep a team delivering at that level.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll own the day-to-day running of a major active project, working with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and specialists across multiple time zones.

What the role looks like

You'll run daily standups, manage tasks and timelines in ClickUp, track time in Harvest, and keep everything moving across Google Workspace. When something is slipping, you'll catch it early and say so. When blockers appear, you'll escalate and find a path through. You'll keep the team focused, positive, and working together - even when the pressure is on.
