• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects including infrastructure upgrades, cloud deployments, cybersecurity implementations, and managed services onboarding.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through a structured change control process.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and DCT's delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
