Technical Proposal Manager

Prepare and develop technical proposals for counter‑drone systems, including detection, tracking, identification, and mitigation solutions.

Analyse tender documents and manage end‑to‑end bid submissions in accordance with internal governance and compliance processes.

Work closely with Sales to understand mission requirements, threat scenarios, and operational constraints.

Evaluate and propose suitable solutions ensuring feasibility and integration compatibility.

Coordinate with engineering, product, and partners to define system architecture and configurations.

Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps in customer requirements and propose practical mitigation strategies.

Manage bid schedules, documentation quality, and submission readiness.
