Job Title: IT / Tech Recruitment Specialist
Work Mode: Hybrid in Mabolo, Cebu City ( 3 Day WFO )
Shift: Monday to Friday ( 10 AM to 7 PM Ph time ) Fixed Shift
Salary: Monthly Fixed upto 30,000 PHP + Monthly Commissions per Hire

Job Description
- Source Applicants for open positions through headhunting, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, social media, online channels, referrals and personal networking.
- Prescreen sourced candidates to ensure they are eligible for interview.
- Tag applicants on the provided ATS.
- Train applicant for interview and coordinate between applicant and hiring manager for interview scheduling.
- Ensure applicant attendance and readiness for the interview process.
- Follow up with selected applicants for documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers.
