Overview
Koch Recruiting is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support Molex Guad 1. This role will play a critical part in identifying and attracting contribution‑motivated talent, with a primary focus on manufacturing technicians supporting different types of projects. This recruiter will own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technician and technical manufacturing roles at Molex Guad 1, leveraging strong sourcing capabilities and building trusted partnerships with site leaders to deliver successful hiring outcomes.
