PlanIT Search is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and ensure high-quality candidate delivery for our clients. We specialize in delivering IT and technical talent for initiatives across digital banking transformation, ERP programs, cyber security, infrastructure modernization, business analysis and project delivery.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Candidates must be based in Ontario
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience with IT and technical roles
- Proven success in high-volume or fast-cycle environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
