Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment — agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for software engineering roles (Java, Python, cloud, data, AI/ML)
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) — required to manage Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and candidate
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and Boolean search
- Familiarity with MOM regulations — EP, S Pass, work permit frameworks, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environment
- Experience writing call summaries, candidate assessments, and shortlist presentation
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
