We are seeking a Sales Engineer with strong technical acumen and business development skills to drive sales of custom automation solutions.
This individual will serve as a bridge between our engineering team and our clients, identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation through project handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients across manufacturing industries.
Identify opportunities for custom machines, automation projects, and manufacturing cell solutions through consultative sales.
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations.
Conduct client site visits to assess needs, gather requirements, and present solutions.
