YOUR TASKS
Customer relationship management and distribution partner collaboration Build and maintain customer’s and partner’s relationship by understanding the needs and provide professional business solution Handling of all project- and sales related topics Support in tradeshows, fairs etc as well as customer visits Visit customer and project sites on frequent basis Technical support - Provide technical support Assist in layouting and product selection/configuration for projects Conduct product related trainings Internal communication with Sales team and Headquarter Develop sales and pricing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region Prepare forecast demand for Asia Pacific region (commercial/technical) Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge Monitoring of competition and future trends/demands Product Development Involve in new product development to fulfil different markets’ need
