Position Summary
The Technical Sales Manager serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support related to products, parts, and order accuracy. + Create replacement part quote estimates for customers using Syteline
+ Enter and process customer orders in Syteline based on received purchase orders.
+ Confirm order receipt and communicate ship dates to customers via email.
+ Identify orders ready to ship and request freight quotes for high-cost shipments.
+ Enter shipping charges and process orders through the shipping system to generate packing slips; provide documentation to the Shipping team.
