Technical Sales Representative - East Mindanao

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by your immediate management.
• Closely monitors the sales growth of all dealers / sub-dealers and users in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
• Makes certain that the Minimum Retail Price is strictly implemented.
• Coordinates with local government and agricultural officials for all local activities in accordance with the company 's marketing programs.
• Ensures the constant and consistent supply of products is present in your assigned distribution network.
• Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end users. Taking note of all changes / complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate area supervisor/ manager.
• Constantly creates new store and farm accounts.
• Maybe called to conduct seminars for gamecock raisers.
