A healthcare insurance provider is seeking a Technical Scrum Master with deep experience in the data domain and cloud technologies—preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)—to drive delivery for a team in a heavily data‑reliant organization. The ideal candidate will be able to come on-site in Hartford, CT twice a week but this role may be remote for the right candidate. You will lead daily standups and manage a 3‑week sprint cadence, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives), remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
