What you’ll do:
Handles customer technical database and complaint management
Involves in filling machine operation and maintenance
Involves in inter-company sourcing when required
Ensures adaptability of capsule and filling machine& ensures satisfactory filling performance to customer
Introduces Capsugel products and equipment
Develops long term relationship with customers and machine manufacturers
