Technical Service Engineer — Remote & Onsite Support

Franklin Electric is looking for a Technical Service Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico. This role involves providing essential technical support, both remotely and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Key responsibilities include generating quotes, managing warranty processes, and delivering technical training to our distributors.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant engineering degree and ideally have 1-2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of electric motors, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
