Position Summary: Lead technical support for customers in wide web flexographic and gravure printing. Specialize in water-based and solvent-based inks and coatings. Oversee technical activities, manage relationships, and ensure product success. Drive excellence, growth, and satisfaction through expert service and team collaboration. Candidates can reside in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical support for wide web flexo and gravure customers using water and solvent-based products.


• Oversee on-site troubleshooting, ink optimization, and product performance evaluations.


• Coordinate press trials, product introductions, and technical audits at customer sites.


• Collaborate with R&D, sales, manufacturing, and regulatory teams for tailored solutions.


• Develop technical service strategies to support retention, growth, and innovation.
