The Technical Service Trainee - Textile is responsible for visiting and providing technical support to industrial/textile customers and he will also be responsible for market intelligence and compiling data for Business Development team.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct on site visits an and provide technical support to customers and maintain detailed record of customer interaction, trials, and issue.
Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
Prepare technical reports and share results with internal team.
Provide technical feedback from field for formulation improvement
Share market and customer insight to support product and business strategy.
Segment support through analysis of Competitor samples, complaint samples, special samples etc.
Candidate is developing new products along with other team members Segment, R & T and other cross functions.
