Technical Services Manager (Managed Services & Technology)

SWiZ Technologies is looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Services Manager to lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business.

This is not a typical IT Manager role.

We are looking for someone who can become the technical back bone of our Managed Services division — a leader who understands technology, service delivery, solution architecture, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and business growth.

You will work closely with our Singapore management team to strengthen existing services, develop new offerings, support pre-sales activities, and guide technical teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of our Managed Services business
• Serve as the primary technical expert for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions
• Support sales and business development through solution design, technical proposals, and client engagements
