- Database and Systems Integrity: Maintain and update the Archibus Asset Management database to ensure completeness with onboard/new projects and accuracy.
- Eliminate duplicate profiles and ensure timely deactivation of terminated employees or contractors in the Gallagher access control system.
- Audit and verify all service providers, employees, and contractors onboarding and terminations, ensuring database hygiene and compliance.
- Systems Asset Management: Capture and track all assets in Archibus, ensuring accurate age analysis and reporting for risk and technical leadership.
- Produce monthly asset age analysis reports to support preventative maintenance planning.
