Technical Specialist – International Operations

Our client is an engineering company based near Zug. We are currently looking for a hands‑on Technical Specialist to coordinate and oversee technical projects across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee technical projects and maintenance activities on sites across Europe
• Supervise and support technicians and subcontractors on‑site while also directly intervening in operational and technical activities when required, including hands‑on support during repairs, maintenance, and emergency situations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during project execution and emergency interventions
• Manage site activities including documentation, reporting, and coordination of workflows
• Handle overhauls, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning activities
