Technical Specialist New Chile

Overview

InterSystems Chile is growing to support customers in Chile and LATAM. We are hiring Technical Specialists based in Santiago, with willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, to develop and deliver software solutions that meet project specifications.

InterSystems has been active in Chile since 2007, with our TrakCareHIS solution aimed at improving patient care, efficiency, and cost reduction by collecting, processing, and storing clinical and administrative data.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients or business analysts regarding ongoing enhancement requests
• Liaise with clients or business analysts on requests for new or modified reports
• Advise and assist Project Managers during implementation
• Manage the resolution of outstanding acceptance issues before and after go-live
