Job Description
Position Overview
The technician install, inspect, maintain, and repair home water purifiers at customers’ premises, ensuring safe operation, leak-free performance, and excellent customer experience. The Technician also take full ownership of the end-to-end job ticket (intake → on-site work → testing → documentation → closure) per company procedures and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Field service & installation
- Perform home installation, commissioning, flushing, and calibration of water purifiers; connect water lines, check electrical safety, secure fittings.
- Conduct standard water tests (e.g., TDS, flow-rate, pressure) and record results in the service app/job sheet.
- Execute preventive maintenance and filter replacements by schedule/model; advise customers on proper care.
