As a Technical Superintendent at BSM , you will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical and operational oversight of assigned vessels, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient ship management. The role plays a critical part in connecting ship and shore by acting as the primary technical point of contact for vessels, clients, and external stakeholders, while supporting BSM’s strategic objectives, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of fleet performance.
