As our Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in working under supervision and approval, utilizing Danfoss systems, and adhering to established guidelines and procedures. Your impact? Have foundational mechanical knowledge in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, with interest or basic exposure to control and automation systems. You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of tools, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for the Danfoss Cooling product line through telephone, email, Salesforce, and other digital platforms, for customer interaction.
- Support troubleshooting efforts for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
- Conduct internal and external product presentations and technical training (virtual and in-person), web videos, to increase knowledge of products and applications.
