Technical Support Representative - Korean-Speaking  We are looking for a Korean-speaking Technical Support Representative (TSR)  to deliver front-line support to customers using automated test systems, robotics, or semiconductor-related equipment . The role involves remote diagnostics, issue resolution, and collaboration with global engineering teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 
The ideal candidate is technically proficient, fluent in Korean and English , and experienced in providing support for complex hardware/software systems in an enterprise or manufacturing environment.
