We're looking for our new Technical Support Specialist - someone who'll be obsessed with the challenges of:
Helping users identify and solve technical problems related to creating and publishing on the XP platform
Providing feedback to the Success and Product Development teams to help create the most intuitive and easy to use platform possible
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our comprehensive knowledge base with up-to-date solutions, troubleshooting steps, and technical documentation for users
Work with others in the Success Team to create clear, step‐by‐step guides and tutorial videos to help users resolve common technical issues independently
Partner with the Onboarding and Community teams to integrate technical training into the overall education strategy for new users
