Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities Maintain and support daily operations of Windows servers and Active Directory environments. Manage and support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere. Assist in configuring, upgrading, and maintaining network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls. Troubleshoot network issues and support LAN operations, including routing and switching environments. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network connectivity, hardware, and performance-related issues. Monitor network performance and identify anomalies using tools such as SolarWinds. Perform system monitoring, health checks, backup validation, recovery support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and hardware, ensuring operational continuity.
