About the Role

The Technical Lead / Senior Engineer (TL/SE) will be responsible for owning the end-to-end hardware development lifecycle – architecture, electronic system design, obsolescence management, debugging, testing, and proto-production. The TL/SE will also mentor 1-3 engineers, create design documents, and ensure compliance of products with industry standards (DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD, etc.). This role requires creative thinking, ensuring customer needs are considered, and collaboration with various teams to design products for efficient manufacture.
