We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Trainer for our Westbury, NY location. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening technical capabilities across the Americas by delivering high-impact training and driving knowledge development. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Thermal Spray Technology and/or Surface Technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver training courses for both internal teams and customers, with a focus on the Americas region (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico):
- Define, organize, and/or conduct technical training programs.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and the training portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service Centers (CSC), R&D, Engineering, Service, and Materials to execute training courses.
