A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Technical Writer Content Designer to join a high-performing project delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of clear, accurate and user-focused technical documentation across complex CRM and related project environments. The successful Technical Writer Content Designer will produce a range of design, configuration, technical support, training and user documentation, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex concepts into accessible content.
