Position: Constellation Payments – Technical Writer
We are looking for a Technical Writer to assist in documenting our operating procedures and various product lines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and edit content by interviewing and interacting with technical, operational and subject matter experts
- Write and publish user documentation including SOPs, flows, online help, software guides, and installation and configuration instructions
- Translate complex concepts into plain language
- Capture and create images and videos to integrate with help content
