 Description   The Technical Writer is an embedded documentation professional within Newfire Global Partners, primarily supporting Care Lumen’s Platform Engineering organization. This role plays a critical part in maturing and scaling platform engineering capabilities by creating clear, structured, and standardized technical documentation that supports developer productivity, operational excellence, and platform adoption.  
 While the primary focus is Platform Engineering (DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, developer tooling, internal platforms, service catalogs, etc.), this individual will also partner across the broader IT organization to ensure documentation consistency, governance, and usability standards are established and maintained enterprise-wide.
