**Key Responsibilities**:Documentation Development:- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to gather information and develop detailed documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and API guides, in both English and Spanish.
- Write, edit, and maintain user-friendly content that clearly communicates complex technical information.Content Strategy:- Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices for bilingual content, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing documentation and propose new content that addresses the needs of English and Spanish-speaking customers.Collaboration and Communication:- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and updates, facilitating the creation of relevant and timely bilingual documentation.
