In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Pre‑Sales team, ensuring it becomes a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day‑to‑day customer service activities, supporting the resolution of customer queries, service or billing enquiries, and ensuring accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
