Job Description
Responsible for supporting the Company plant with chemical analysis and monitoring of critical materials and plant processes (e.g. pretreatment, e‑coat) to ensure strict adherence to quality standards. The incumbent will also provide technical support for investigations and problem solving. Calibration / verification of analytical equipment and adherence to S.H.E.Q standards will form part of the scope of work of the technician.
Job Requirements
- Experience with various analytical techniques – e.g. Karl Fischer titration, scanning electron microscope, FTIR spectrophotometer – and test methods e.g. titrations.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function.
- People’s Principles as per LEAD.
