Control systems & equipment installed area the building.Make the preventive maintenance.Make a checklist as assigned from the Engineer and Senior Technician.Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules.Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants.Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves.Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system.Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions.Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise.Performs other related duties as assigned.Qualification:
