Technician Relations Manager - Constanta (Romania), Madrid (Spain)

Role Purpose

The Technician Relations Manager is the first point of contact for GWS field technicians and is responsible for providing clear communication, administrative support, and coordination between technicians and internal departments.

This is not a technical support or line management role.

Work setup

Hybrid (2 days from home after 3 months successful onboarding)

Main Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with travel technicians via email, phone, meetings, and site visits
• Provide accurate and timely information as the primary contact for technicians
