Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Junior Technician will work closely with Senior Technician Senior Technician will work closely with Manager Wears applicable PPE at all times Ensuring that the site complies with all health and safety regulations Performs maintenance duties Responding to various maintenance requests Perform preventative maintenance Diagnosing and repairing basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lightings and other building issues Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Performs standby duty when assigned schedule. Performs other duties as assigned.
